工作職責
Job Duties: Oversee the supply chain management, ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry regulations. Manage air freight documentation processes to ensure accurate and timely shipments. Coordinate customs clearance activities, working closely with customs authorities and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth operations. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective responses to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and implement Gateway strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between logistics, security, and customer service departments. Job Requirements: Diploma or above; Minimum of 5 years’ experience in air freight forwarding; Familiar with full set of air export documentation & cargo planning; Negotiate with airline representatives for a better offer, and liaise with sales on daily and short term capacity Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Proactive, responsible, and well-organized; Good communication and interpersonal skill; Immediately available is preferable
