Company Nature : Dental Location : Central Benefit : 5 days (mon to fri) 9am to 6pm, Bank holiday, Double paid, Medical, 10 days annual leave Salary : 25K Requirements : Degree holder must Excellent English and Cantonese 4 to 5 years office administrative working experience Job Duties : To assist in the entire operation of the office: front office and back office Front office duties include: answering telephone calls, making appointments for patients, issue invoice, fee collection, issue receipt, remind patients’ appointments, recall reminders, send treatment estimates, etc. Human resource: staff recruitment, interview, hiring, remuneration package, employment agreement, training, supervision, staff dismissal, etc. Staff development: team building, performance review, salary review, bonus, promotion, etc. Finance: to assist in preparing and reviewing the office budget & accounts Accounts: to assist in preparing the accounts for monthly review & audit, etc. IT: website maintenance and improvement, social media updates Social events planning & organization Customer service: follow-up on patients, complaint management Crisis management: fire, flood, theft, social unrest, infectious disease outbreak, etc. Executive Assistant to Managing Director: trip planning and organization, local event planning and organization, communication, personal matters, etc. 有意申請此職位請電郵到[email protected] 或者WHATSAPP 到55030021
