工作職責
Duties: Perform full spectrum of office administrative duties, which include but not limited to facilities repair and maintenance, managing office supplies and equipment, office renovation and relocation, inventory control, invoice handling, greeting guests, perform receptionist duties, prepare memo and notice to staff etc; Manage and control of administration related expenditures; Work closely with Head Office Team for operations efficiently, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; Organize company events and staff activities, such as Company Meeting and Christmas Party; Review tenancy agreements and liaise with building management office; Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements: Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent; Minimum 5 years or above relevant working experiences; Experience in General Insurance industry is highly preferred Able to work independently and multi-tasking Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Hands-on experience in MS Office and MS Suite, English and Chinese Word Processing
