工作職責
Responsibilities: Client Services: - Foster long-term client relationship through resolving client issues proactively and providing professional feedback on clients' enquiries and complaints. - Handle client requests on a timely manner and maintain client database. Account: - Assist in financial tasks, including invoicing, receipts, payments, credit note. - Maintain accurate the sales transactions and reporting. Administrative Support: - Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth transaction flow. - Provide comprehensive sales administration support to ensure smooth daily operations of the sales team. - Prepare detailed business and sales analytical reports to support decision-making processes. - Act as the main point of contact for correspondence between internal teams, external contacts, and the Senior Manager. - Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned by Manager. Qualifications: 1.Higher diploma holder or above in any disciplines. 2.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. 3.Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, relationship management, or B2B client servicing. 4.Strong analytical, organizational and communication and skills, with the ability to engage and build trust across diverse client profiles and internal stakeholders. 5.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and advance Excel skills.
