工作職責
Job Description Responsibilities Perform daily accounting duties, including data entries, issuing invoices and filing Process and recording AR, AP and expense reimbursement transactions Assist in preparing monthly reports Assist in administrative and receptionist duty, including answering calls, handling courier/mail Other ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements DSE or above with LCC level II At least 1 year relevant working experience; Able to work independently and under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good communication skills in English and Chinese Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing; Knowledge in accounting software, e.g. Peachtree will be an advantage Immediately available is preferred Fresh graduate will also be considered. 工作類型: 全職
