工作職責
Job Description: - Provide general administrative and clerical support; - Provide all-round office administration including procurement of office & pantry’s supplies, stationery, and office equipment maintenance, etc; - Perform receptionist duties in professional manner, including greeting guests, handling income phone calls, dealing with couriers, co-ordination with employees, etc; - Perform ad hoc assignments. Job Requirements: - Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience; - Good interpersonal and communication skill; - Mature, proactive, independent, well-organized, detail-minded & capability to work under pressure; - Hands-on skills of PC applications including MS Office (Word & Excel); - Good communication skills in both Chinese & English; - Immediate available is highly preferred
