工作職責
Responsibilities: -Handle general office administration such as office equipment and facilities maintenance, supplies ordering, and invoice handling -Handle incoming phone calls, greeting guests, courier/mails arrangements. -Assist in preparing business correspondence, presentations, reports and other administrative duties -Maintain and update corporate registers and statutory filing matters -Assist in any ad hoc project as assigned Requirements -School Certificate or above with 2 year or above working experience, prefer in clerical or admin area -Good communications skill in both English & Chinese -A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills -Strong sense of responsibility -Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and Chinese typing) -Immediate available is highly preferred Please do not apply on this page!!
