工作職責
- 操作及維護建築服務設備。確保所有相關設備符合安全和法定要求。 - 監控現有 E&M 設備並提供日常維護。監督承辦商執行維護工作，以確保安全、高品質地完成工作。 - 安裝和維修小型設施事宜：更換燈具、小型管道和供/排水維修、延長插座、維修小型電氣故障等。 - 跟進維修工作單並向管理處報告。
