工作職責
主要職責: - 通過提供優質服務，維持日常部門運營，確保所有功能區域、設備和用具按照清潔計劃和/或上級指示進行清潔，並符合公司的政策和HACCP指南的衛生標準。 - 確保所有管事部區域，包括洗碗、存儲和工作空間保持清潔和遵守衛生標準。 - 執行例行清潔任務或特定清潔工作，涵蓋餐飲部所有後勤地方、廚房、埸館美食站或指定場地。 - 清潔使用過的操作設備、鍋具和廚具。 - 將已清潔的設備送回指定區域。 - 清理廚房、酒吧、茶水間和所有埸館美食站的固體垃圾。 - 每天清潔和消毒所有垃圾桶和回收桶，保持垃圾桶的清潔和整潔。 - 為廚房和埸館美食站的洗手站補充紙巾和洗手液。 - 根據需要更換消毒劑和記錄。 - 檢查和記錄洗碗機溫度，並向主管報告任何異常情況。 - 正確處理和操作洗碗機。 - 與團隊成員和其他部門保持良好關係。 - 保持工作場所的清潔。 - 根據計劃進行每週和定期清潔，特別是高風險項目、冰箱、架子和櫃子的清潔。 - 跟從體育場的回收管理系統。 - 執行上級分配的任何其他相關職責。 入職要求: - 至少1年在餐飲業擔任管事相關職位的經驗。 - 基本的衛生知識。 - 熟悉相關的食品安全、HACCP和ISO22000法規和認證。 - 了解洗碗機、洗鍋機和清潔機的操作。 - 了解化學品的使用。 - 良好的同事溝通技巧。 - 具創意力和力求創新。 - 積極維持卓越服務和高服務標準。

Kai Tak Sports Park is a Design, Build and Operate project funded by the Hong Kong SAR Government for the development and operation of a sports, leisure and entertainment complex over a 28 hectare site at the former Kai Tak International Airport.
