工作職責
1. 協調物流各個步驟,以確保貨物準時送逹無誤。 2. 與客戶日常溝通,了解客戶需要及提供物流方案,維護客戶關係 3. 準備及審查物流相關文件,確保文件的準確性和有效性 4. 協調內部物流團隊,作出合適和靈活的運輸安排 5. 良好的中英文書寫及說話能力,以便與世界各地的客戶溝通 6. 具備團隊合作精神,善於與不同文化背景的伙伴合作,逹致共嬴 1. Coordinate the end-to-end logistic process, ensure timely delivery of the goods. 2. Responsible for daily customer communication, understand the customer needs and offer practical logistics solutions to the customers. 3. Prepare and examine the logistics documentation, make sure they are accurate and valid. 4. Work with internal logistics operation team, plan for optimal and agile delivery arrangement. 5. Good English and Chinese writing and oral skills for communications with international customers. 6. A team-player, know how to work with people coming from different background, and always aim for win-win for all parties.
