工作職責
Responsibilities: - Handle enquiries from other group companies - Assist in handling complaint cases - Provide data entry, filing and other clerical support for the team - Coordinate and communicate branch operations to ensure accurate and timely information delivery - Participate in ad hoc duties if necessary Requirements: - Diploma or above - Frontline working experience in beauty industry is a MUST - Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing - Self-motivated and good team player - Detail-minded, multitasking and willing to learn - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
