工作職責
職責Responsibilities: - 負責食物出品處理、廚房日常工作,製作優質食品 Assis in the kitchen daily operations, including food preparation and cooking - 保持廚房清潔 Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen - 協助主管準備食材及食材處理 Any other related duties assigned by the superior 要求 Requirements: - 具日餐廚房/日式串燒/壽司經驗 Experience of Japanese Cuisine (including skewers, hot food and sushi making) - 1年或以上相關經驗 at least 1 year experience at Japanese Cuisine - 3年以上經驗者會被考慮為中工/大工 Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered as Chef de Partie / Demi Chef 月薪 Monthly Salary : 中工: $18,000-$22,000 大工: $22,000-$25,000
