工作職責
• Build and maintain a brand culture and motivates all levels of manager and team members to achieve performance. • Actively provide managers with plans for growth and direct the training systems designed to develop future leaders. • Lead the team to achieve desired financial performance while maintaining overall operational excellence and achieving uncommon hospitality each shift. • Ensure that all Purchasing, Receiving, Accounting, HR and other systems and procedures are followed by managers and staff according to SHACK standards. • Maintain a facility that is aesthetically appealing and clean and ensure that equipment functions properly in order to serve all guests to our standards. • Minimum 4 years of management experience in catering • Mature, analytical with strong passion for F&B • Innovative, proactive, with leadership and management skills • High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence • Can manage people to grow professionally and achieve results • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Restaurant Assistant General Manager • Written and spoken fluency in Cantonese is required
