工作職責
職務: • 透過電話 / 社交媒體 / 線上對話 / 電郵 解答客戶的查詢，並致力提供客戶滿意的服務 • 把握機會向客戶推廣及銷售各類型服務計劃及產品或跟進續約事宜 • 遵守及執行電話熱線中心有關的工作流程及守則 •時刻致力保持公司形象，以專業態度履行職務 •按需要協助處理其他工作 •夜班工作時段: 14:00 - 24:00之間 職位要求 •中五/中學文憑或以上程度 •具良好中英寫作及口語(廣東話,英語,普通話)溝通能力 •以客為本，具備良好溝通及解決問題的技巧 •熟悉各項社交媒體及通訊軟件 •懂基本電腦操作及懂中英輸入法 •具客戶服務或使用智能電話、互聯網和數據產品與社交平台經驗者優先 有意應徵者可透過以下途徑遞交職位申請: 1.
