Colour Brown Coffee (CB), established in 2005 at Hong Kong, was one of the few coffee shop at the time with the vision to self roasted specialty coffee beans. Coffee is believed as an everyday commodity for many; therefore CB integrated coffee with cultural and industrial innovation, hence creating a sustainable coffee culture in Hong Kong. Apart from operating coffee shops, coffee roasting, and coffee equipment retail stores, now with their sub-brands “Coffee Store” and “COFFEE DX”, specialize in selling freshly roasted coffee, and over 40 international brand coffee appliances and machines. Through the concept of shared space, art exhibitions are held regularly and related creative coffee commodities are produced. In 2013, CB founded "Coffee Power Championship" and organized more than forty competitions with international professional standards for the industry.
