工作職責
- 負責物業日常維修及保養, 協助緊急維修工作, - 與顧問/承包商/管理處就建築施工、翻新和設施日常維護 - 監控和跟進維修單的進度以確保高標準交付 - 與主管分配的臨時項目提供技術建議 要求: - 須為香港政府註冊 A 級電業工程人員 - 最少五年設備保養維修經驗 - 具備油酒店設備故障維修經驗者，將獲優先考慮
