工作職責

為配合集團發展，誠邀閣下加入我們的精英團隊，現誠聘鐘錶部： We are now seeking a potential incumbent to join our expanding company with the following responsibilities: 職 責 Responsibilities 專業解答客人對產品之查詢 Handle customers' enquiries in a professional manner 為客人提供優質的服務 Sustain the quality of customer service 協助店內營業同事完成銷售工作 Assist in store operational tasks and administration duties 為客人查存貨、訂貨，及到其他分店取貨或轉貨 Support daily sales activities to meet clients’ expectations and requirements 協助跟進維修服務事宜 Assist and follow up the repair services. 職 位 要 求 Requirements 具零售/其他客戶服務行業經驗均可 With retail or other customer services experience will also be considered 中五程度或以上，歡迎應屆中學文憑試畢業生 Form 5 or above, fresh graduates will also be considered 能操流利普通話及英語 Good command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin 對珠寶鐘錶產品有濃厚興趣 Strong interest in jewellery and watch products 勤奮、有上進心及責任感 Hard working and responsible 積極主動、待客熱誠有禮 Self-motivated and execute good customer services 具團隊精神及良好溝通技巧 Good team-player and communication skill 員 工 福 利 固定上班時間: 10am - 8pm 每月休假7日 優厚佣金、每月7日休假、推薦新人獎金、年終花紅、 有薪年假／婚假、員工購物優惠、進修津貼、膳食津貼、 鐘錶／珠寶專業培訓、生日福利、良好晉升機會、門診／牙科／住院福利 有意者可Whatsapp 9181 1967 安排約見 所有個人資料將保密並只用作招聘用途。
