IT Project Manager

Job Duty

- map out the change management strategy, formulate / fine-tune change management plans and devise details of various initiatives for roll-out of a new IT booking and information system - assist in making necessary procurement of equipment, souvenirs and services for conduting promotional activities, surveys and publicity events - assist in implement promotional events and user engagement activities - conduct briefings to internal staff and customer services ambassadors - liaise and coordinate with stakeholders and drive implementation of the change management initiatives throughout the project implementation period - carry out change management activities extensively during the course of project implementation to gain end-user buy-in and mitigate their concerns equip and support stakeholders to adopt the change smoothly having regards to the change impact and stakeholders' readiness for change with a view to facilitating smooth transition to future desired state - to understake any other duties as assigned
