Job Duty

Sunlife Summer Internship 2024-2025 Responsibilities: • Prepare promotion with different creative to arouse agency’s interest and attention on rebranding • Coordinate the logistics planning and production of agency rebranding events • Check the materials to ensure smooth transitioning for rebranding • Track project deliverables. Constantly monitor the project progress & quality assurance • Provide administrative support as needed • Assist in the preparation of logistics and communications for roadshows, lead generation and engagement initiatives via Group’s ecosystem/referral programs etc. Requirements: •University Students preferably in final or penultimate year of study • High attention to details • Ability to think innovatively to find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem solving and follow up. • Being a good team player. • High adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities. • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Able to work independently and to meet tight deadline. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
