Job Duty
1)負責將客戶的日常溝通記錄及時輸入公司數據庫,確保數據準確、齊全。 2)維護公司數據庫,整理數據以及準備報告予公司管理層 3)協助客戶服務經理維繫客戶關係,例如:回覆客戶提問、準備基本文件 1) To covert data collected from customer daily communication to the in-house database on a timely basis, ensure the data are accurate and complete. 2) Maintain the in-house database, organise the data to generate management reports. 3) To assist the Customer Service Managers, including handling of customer inquiries and preparation of basic documents.
