Job Highlights: Maintain a clean and tidy work environment Setup/breakdown/clean the bar area Complete closing and opening duties Job Description: Purpose of Job: Prepare beverages and food, and assist with daily operations. Baristas should always serve guests in a friendly, instructive, honest and time efficient manner, be able to effectively sell the Matchali concept to guests, and must possess extensive and correct knowledge of all menu items (including preparation and ingredients). Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and tidy work environment Setup/breakdown/clean the bar area Complete closing and opening duties Perform and execute efficiently Prepare and serve iced and hot drinks that meet quality standards Cooperate and coordinate teamwork Be able to use the POS system efficiently Handle customer complaints and comments A team player and with a positive attitude Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Shop Manager from time to time Job Type: Part-time Part-time hours: 18-27 per week Salary: From $55.00 to $60.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Schedule: Day shift Weekdays & Weekends Availability Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay
