Job Duty
Duties and responsibilities • Recruit, train, and supervise event staff, including Game Attendants., Site Monitors, Ticketing and ride attendants. • Schedule shifts and assign duties. • Monitor staff performance and address any issues or concerns. • Ensure that staff are providing excellent customer service and following all safety protocols. • Coordinate the setup and breakdown of the carnival. • Willing to work with flexible hour. Qualifications • Experience or knowledge in Events/Exhibitions • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, like Excel, Word etc. • Fast Learner, ready to ask questions and learn on the job • Excellent communication skills • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Cantonese preferred • Able to work as a team • At least 2 years prior supervising experience required.
