Job Duty

Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and promote coffee and other menu items to customers; Prepare all coffee and drinks according to the menu and ensure the products are up to the Company’s standard; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café workspace, equipment and seating areas; Conduct daily checks to ensure the stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies; Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations; Handle any task as assigned. Requirements Minimum 1 year Barista experience in a Café or Restaurants is preferred; but less experience with good attitude will also be considered; Strong barista skills and the ability to prepare a wide range of coffee and latte art is an advantage; Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience; Strong communication and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work within a team is an advantage; Good in written and spoken Chinese and English.
