職責: 接聽客戶服務熱線, 解答客戶的電話查詢 提供有關服務的資訊及詳情 協助開戶服務 要求: 中五或以上程度 具有良好溝通及電話應對技巧,積極勤奮,能獨立工作 流利粵語及英語 有電話客戶服務經驗優先 具實際操作電腦知識, 包括文書處理 工作地點: 側魚涌 ( 6 days a week, 13:30 – 22:30 with 1 hr meal break)
