WAREHOUSE MANAGER/ SUPERVISOR

Job Duty

Key Responsibilities Warehousing and Inventory Management: Oversee secure and efficient storage solutions for small parcels. Manage inventory tracking systems to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely order fulfilment. Manage Daily Inbound and Outbound freight. Manage temperature controlled warehouse. Hire and lead additional warehouse pick, pack, and shipping team members. Order Fulfilment: Coordinate picking and packing processes to handle small orders efficiently and accurately. Manage customisation options such as custom packaging, gift wrapping, and personalised notes for e-commerce sellers. Shipping and Distribution: Develop and maintain partnerships with major carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, Asendia, HK Post) to ensure reliable and fast international delivery. Implement flexible shipping options (express, standard, economy) to meet diverse customer needs and budgets. Specialise in handling small packets to minimise shipping costs and delivery times. Technology Integration: Ensure real-time tracking and automated notifications for both sellers and buyers regarding shipment status. Customs and Compliance: Assist with customs documentation and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth international shipping. Work with the Department of Health to insure all regulations are followed. Lead quarterly audits from the Health Department. Manage duties and taxes calculations and pre-payment processes. Customer Support: Provide dedicated 24/7 customer service to address any issues or inquiries promptly. Handle returns management efficiently to process customer returns and exchanges smoothly.
