System Engineer / Network Engineer

Job Duty

Job Description Provide installation and maintenance support on network infrastructure and security products such as firewall, IPS, load balancer, SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection, WiFi, switches, etc. Participate in project implementation Perform product and solution testing as need Job Requirement Degree holder / Higher diploma in any IT related disciplines 1-2 years’ experience in network or security product support (fresh graduate welcome) Experience with firewall or other security products will be an advantage, but not essential Possess CCNA or other networking certification preferred, but not essential Understand general technical problem solving techniques will be an advantage Able to work as a team member Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Job training will be provided
