Job Duty

Responsibilities: - Provide good customer service and promote coffee and other menu items to customers. - Ensure the food safety and hygiene standards. - Prepare all coffee and drinks according to the menu and ensure the products are up to the Company’s standard. - Maintain a good hygiene standard in all food preparation process. - Obtains customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction. - Support other team members if needed.
