Join Us if you are: - Natural leaders - Motivated by challenges - Doers, not Sayers - Ambitious dreamers - Critical thinkers - Excited to learn and grow - Optimistic when it comes to life and work Job Specification * Daily shop operational management and monitor performance of shop to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service. * Enhance and implement Standard Operations Procedures and Company Policies, on and off to review and implementation of procedures. * Assist on preparing analysis reports for management review. * Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and shop team performance * Train Shop staff with hygiene, occupational health & safety, selling skills and service standard. * Handle the scheduling, attendance record, documents follow-up etc. * Maintain efficient communication between stores and internal departments.
