Job Duty

 Degree holder in any discipline.  Minimum 5 years of experience in order follow-up or supply chain, or logistics or inventory control  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese  Proficient in PC applications, including Chinese word-processing  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse Job Duties  Prepare and process shipping documents accurately and efficiently  Monitor and manage orders and stock control to ensure accurate inventory levels.  Maintain and update the watch parts database  Conduct quarterly stock takes to verify inventory accuracy.  Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks and handle customer inquiries promptly.  Liaise with suppliers and customers to maintain strong relationships and resolve issues.
