Job Duty

Job Responsibilities: - Carry out all check-in and check-out services in a professional manner; - Provide quality services and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints; - To ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively and efficiently. Job Requirements: - Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines; - 2 years or above relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred; - Pleasant, energetic with positive service attitude and excellent interpersonal skills; - Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua; - Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered for the role of Guest Services Officer.
