Job Duty
- Be responsible for cooking 100 staff meals (lunch) and under 40 staff meals (dinner) with 4 dishes and 1 soup. - Be responsible for buying ingredients every morning. - Be responsible for cleaning the entire kitchen and canteen, wash all cooking utensils, dishes, bowls, chopsticks etc after eash meal. -When necessary, required to assist in purchasing cooking stuff. - Preparing weekly / festival lunch and dinner menus. - 日常準備每天一個老火湯及四個餸菜以作員工午膳(約70-100人)及晚膳(約10-20人) - 每天出外購買所需食材 - 各節日慶祝活動(約70-100人)、高級會議後之膳食(約10人)則需準備一個老火湯及最少四個餸菜 - 保持廚房、飯堂及廚具整潔衛生，包括洗碗及拖地等 - 為翌日食材作準備 - 必要時，要求協助採購炊具 - 編制每星期午、晚膳及節目之菜單 (需注意食物質量和營養搭配)
