Job Duty
Responsibilities: -Handle daily sales order operations including sales invoice, quotation, purchasing order, meet customers requirement, follow up sales order, delivery arrangement etc. -Provide sales administrative support to the sales team including data entry, prepare price list, pick and pack sales order. -Follow up the shipment schedule with supplier to ensure timely delivery -Assist in ad-hoc projects and carry out any other duties as assigned by management -Perform general administration and clerical support. Prepare monthly sales and operation expenses report -Coordinate with supplier for inventory purchase and replenishment -Assist in sourcing new product and commercial opportunity -Manage and track customer or account receivable payment on time -Experience in consumer electronic wholesale and retail industru/ E-Commerce marketplace /website is perferrable. 職責: 處理日常銷售訂單操作,包括銷售發票、報價、採購訂單、滿足客戶需求、跟進銷售訂單、交貨安排等。 為銷售團隊提供銷售管理支持,包括資料輸入、歸檔職責、挑選和包裝銷售訂單。 跟進出貨進度,確保準時交貨 協助臨時專案並履行管理層指派的任何其他職責 執行一般管理和文書支援。 準備每月銷售和營運費用報告 與供應商協調庫存採購和補貨 協助尋找新產品和商業機會 管理和追蹤客戶或應收帳款按時付款 有處理消費品批發零售 及電子商務市場/網站的經驗者優先。
