Job Duty
Job Responsibilities: - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers - Provide and maintain excellent customer service & relationship and a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image - Assist in handling daily operation: i.Greet customers and help with their zero waste shopping ii.Maintain a clean, food safe, and organised working environment iii.Open/close the store iv.Manage inventory/assist with deliveries v.Educate on the environment/zero waste movement Requirements: - Good command of spoken English and Cantonese - Passionate in promoting zero waste lifestyle - Knowledge in the vegetarian/vegan product is a plus - Knowledge/interest in health foods / package-free/eco-conscious living - Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in Retail / Food and Beverage Industry (Fresh Graduates will also be considered) - Good customer service skills with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality - Willing to work on weekends, shift duties & flexible hours Location: Apr - June 2021: Sha Tin After Jul 2021 : Central
