Job Duty
Responsibilities: • Support the directors for retail activities • Carry out marketing research, do sales forecasting, promotional planning and brand promotion • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis • Coordinate with retail team and execute the openings • Consolidate business reports by using MS Excel/PowerPoint assist in the preparation of proposals, liaison and co-ordination with both internal and external parties • Handle business correspondence, other confidential and professional documents as instructed • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Directors • Assist to draft various English and Chinese business correspondences in a professional manner • Assist as translator to meetings between the internal and external parties • Assist the management for travel arrangements Requirements: • Sensitive to figures, preferably with Accounts / Business Administration study background • Excellent skills of MS Excel and Power Point is a MUST, familiar to manage trend apps and social platform is a plus • Well-organized and able to work independently and under pressure • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Please sent the CV to [email protected]
