工作內容 - 專業且禮貌地處理來電、查詢，並接待訪客 - 處理 收發快遞及郵件 - 負責 會議室預訂 - 負責 會議室及培訓室的設置 - 擔任 前台接待 角色 - 提供 行政部門的臨時支援 要求 - 文憑或以上 - 1-2 年相關工作經驗 - 歡迎應屆畢業生 - 良好的中、英文及普通話會話能力 - 良好的電話應對技巧 - 具備良好的人際溝通能力及積極的工作態度 - 成熟、主動、良好的團隊合作精神 - 熟悉 MS Office 應用程式 - 可立即到職者優先考慮
