Project Designer / Project Draftsman

Job Duty

Responsibilities : - Handle project from design stage to construction stage ; - Prepare full set of construction drawing and shop drawing ; - Project liaison and coordination with clients, consultants, vendors and subcontractors; - Meeting with Client, Designer, Consultants etc. Requirements : - Form 5 graduated or above ; - Good Communication Skill (Speaking and Writing) with Cantonese, Mandarin and English - Certificate from Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or Architecture ; - 1 to 3 years or above relevant work experience ; - Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, MS office, Photoshop and Illustrator ; - Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM will be an advantage ; - Construction Site Access is needed ; - Self-Motivated, Detail-oriented and Hardworking ; - Immediately available will be an advantage
