Project Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out)

Job Duty

Responsibilities : - Management of Construction Site ; - Coordination with all related parties in the project (such as Labour, Sub-Contractor, Vendor and Client…etc) ; - Record and Report site progress and attendance ; - Preparing of Site Progress Report ; - Attend Meeting with Client, Designer, Consultants etc. Requirements : Form 5 graduated or above ; - Positive Minded, Self-Motivated, Detail-oriented and Hardworking is MUST ; - Good Communication Skill (Speaking and Writing) with Cantonese, Mandarin and English ; - Certificate from Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Building or Construction Management will be an advantage ; - 1 to 3 years relevant work experience ; - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS office, Word Processing ; - Construction Site Work is needed ; Obtain Construction Industry Safety Card (Green Card) ; Immediately available will be an Advantage Benefit : - Discretionary performance bonus ; - 10 days paid Annual Leave - Birthday leave (once a year) - Compassionate leave ; Maternity leave ; Paternity leave - MPF We offer a 5-day work week, competitive salary, discretionary performance bonus, annual leave, birthday leave, compassionate leave, maternity leave, paternity leave.
