Job Duty

Responsibilities Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, Tailor new owner orientations to the individual customer’s needs Provide on-site briefing to clients on effective usage of technology tools Assist in improving the customer journey, as well as back-end processes and procedures Responsibilities Higher Diploma or above in any discipline 2+ experience in customer service field, automotive experience preferred Face-to-face customer service experience Excellent verbal and communication skills, strong time management skill Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume Valid driver’s license is a plus Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua & Cantonese) Fresh-grads are also welcomed
