Job Duty

Responsibilities: - Develop safe and professional training programs to help members achieve their goals - Provide 1-on-1 training, small group and group class exercises - Be a role model by leading and promoting a healthier lifestyle - Support club manager for overall club operation - Provide professional support and surprisingly personable experience to all members Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years Personal Trainer experience with valid Personal Training and First Aid certificates - Have passion in coaching, health and fitness - Strong interpersonal skills with good command of English and Cantonese - Excellent customer service and promotional skills - Cheerful personality, energetic, proactive, highly motivated and willing to learn - Looking for long term career development - Mature, responsible, be a good team player and leader We offer : On-job training, attractive remuneration package with commission and year end bonus. 5.5 days work week. Day off on Public Holidays and annual leaves. Future career growth and development in personal training and management fields within our multiple clubs.
