Job Duty
Responsibilities: -Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the director and senior executive -Handle business correspondence, agenda, presentation, reports, documents and other administrative duties -Handle projects and assignments independently and professionally -Arrange meetings, business trips & appointment schedule -Responsible for clerical support of recruitment including advertisement posting and arranging interview etc. -Assist and coordinate ad hoc projects as required Requirements: -Immediate available is preferred -High Diploma or above in HR management/ Administration or related disciplines -1-2 years HR experiences -Responsible, well-organized, detailed-minded and able to work under pressure -Good command of both spoken and written English, -Mandarin and Cantonese -Proficiency in PC software, e.g. MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel -Good interpersonal and communication skills
