Marketing Officer (CRM)

Job Duty

How You Will Do It: -Manage and optimize the Group’s loyalty programs, CRM system and VIP reward program -Assist in developing, planning and execution of CRM strategies and promotions according to the Group’s objective in order to achieve KPIs as assigned -Analyze database for formulating CRM initiatives in order to drive sales, acquisition and loyalty of members -Plan and organise creative CRM campaigns, workshops or events to enhance members’ experience -Explore and identify opportunities for joint promotions with potential partners to increase member database and offer more value to existing members -Design and create promotional messages and materials to deliver effective and seamless communications engaging members via in-store POP, eDM, social media platforms and etc. -Liaise and work closely with internal or external parties to ensure efficient operations and timely rollout of CRM activities -Evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare reports -Support any ad hoc projects as assigned What we look for: -Bachelor or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines -4 to 5 years of marketing experience with focus on CRM or Customer Loyalty Program -Strong understanding of CRM, database management and segmentation -Excellent analytical and communication skills with creative mindset -Independent and be able to work under pressure with strong ability to prioritize works -Working experience in retail or jewellery industry is highly preferred -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) -Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin What we offer: -Development opportunities -5 day work week -Bank Holiday -Birthday Leave / Marriage Leave / Full Paid Sick Leave -Discretionary Year End Bonus / Mid-Year Bonus -Medical Insurance -Wedding Gift / Newborn Gift -Staff Discount Interested parties, please send your application with detailed resume including academic qualification, career history, current and expected salary by clicking “APPLY NOW”.
