Marketing and Promotion Coordinator (12 Months Contract)

Job Duty

Working Location: Sha Tin Working Time: 9:30 am -18:30 pm (Monday to Friday) Salary: 140 per hour Job Description: • Assist in the planning and preparation of online and offline publicity, programmes operation of Pop culture festival • Assist in collating publicity materials from contributed programme offices; work with in-house designer to produce marketing materials in accordance with the requirements of the approved items and oversee the production of publicity materials. • Assist in updating the project timelines and organising the promotional presentation materials; to conduct research of market trends in a bid to maximize visibility to different age groups. • To create, proofread and managing content of social media platforms, including Facebook, IG and web pages. • To liaise with KOL and bloggers to build awareness and promote programmes or exhibition, activities of Pop Culture Festival. • To perform any other duties assigned by senior officers Job requirement: • Hong Kong Bachelor's degree or equivalent, major in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, or a related field. • Good written and spoken Chinese and English Level 5 or above Grade C or above in HKDSE and C grade above in HKALE or Level 2 in CRE or equivalent • Excellent communication and presentation skills • At least four 4 years' full-time working experience in the field of marketing coordination / digital marketing/content marketing/ social media marketing / corporate writing prior to Quotation Closing Date • Working experience in government offices is preferable • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
