Manager, ESG Reporting, Advisory and Assurance

Job Duty

Easy Easy’s ESG practice helps organisations improve their corporate sustainability management as well as support organisations in developing their strategies to specific sustainability challenges. Our goal is to help our clients understand and respond to sustainability trends that are driving changes in markets, regulations, and technologies. Our work ranges from supporting the development of strategy, management, and reporting to helping clients resolve implementation challenges to approach to climate change, supply chain management, and other emerging areas. Responsibilities Lead ESG team to deliver Assurance and Advisory projects Raise Easy Easy China’s profile in the ESG field among businesses and government regulatory bodies Identify ESG business opportunities Deliver training to client in ESG Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ESG Qualification A minimum of 5 years experience working with inside a company or as an external consultant on corporate sustainability projects. Deep understanding of climate and sustainability issues demonstrated through previous project experience, research work, etc. Extensive experience in ESG frameworks including reporting and ratings, TCFD and SBTi and knowledge of relevant science, policy, and regulatory frameworks. Ability to bring in new business demonstrated through track record. Experience in delivering sustainability advisory projects, including development and implementation of ESG and climate-related strategies, risk assessment and target setting. Ability to help clients understand emerging trends and to develop suitable responses. Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Travelling is required for cross-border assignments.
