Luxury Retail Sales (中環/尖沙咀) 底薪+銷售獎金

Job Duty

崗位職責 1、在門店進行產品銷售，為客戶提供優質服務，與團隊銷售人員合作完成各項銷售考核指標； 2、良好的溝通並了解客戶需求, 尋求銷售機會； 3、開發新客戶，拓展與老客戶的業務，建立和維護客戶檔案； 4、協調公司內部資源，促進銷售進度，提高客戶滿意度； 5、收集和分析客戶信息及市場數據，定期反饋工作總結； 6、在店鋪經理指導下完成，商品陳列設計，店鋪運營，客戶管理等日常工作。 任職要求： 1、2年以上零售店鋪工作經驗，有奢侈品行業（珠寶、腕錶、美妝、服裝、集合店等）零售經驗可擇優考慮； 2、具備良好的溝通技巧、親和感，儀表整齊大方，英語或粵語標準流利； 3、能夠承受一定壓力，具備堅持不懈挑戰的精神和耐心的意志； 4、具備一定的客戶資源以及良好的客服服務意識，踏實肯幹，富有團隊合作精神； 5、形象氣質好。 Job description : 1) Conduct product sales in the store；provide customers with quality service； collaborate with the sales team to achieve various sales performance indicators. 2) Communication skill; seeking opportunities based on deep understanding of customer demand . 3) Develop new customers, expand business with existing customers; establish and maintain customer files. 4) Coordinate internal company resources, promote sales progress, and improve customer satisfaction. 5) Collect and analyze customer information and marketing data, and provide regular feedback . 6) Complete daily tasks such as product display , store operations, and customer management under the guidance of the store manager. Job requirements: 1） More than 2 year experience working in retail store, with prior working experience of luxury retail industry (jewelry, watches, cosmetics, clothing ，etc.). 2) Excellent communication skills, affinity, neat appearance 3) Fluency in Cantonese and English . 4) work under pressure ; have the spirit of perseverance and patience to take challenges. 5) Possess certain customer resources ; good customer service awareness; be pragmatic, hardworking, and have a strong spirit of teamwork. 6) Good image and temperament.
