Job Duty
Location : Central Salary : 16K - 19K (Depend on Exp) Job Duties : ．Provide all-round secretarial support to management ( Focus on Family Matter); ．Arrange meetings , travel booking , Manage children schedules ... etc ; ．Maintain filing systems & take minutes; ．Perform any other duties as assigned Job Requirement : ．F.5 education or above ．Diploma in secretarial studies is preferred •1 year office working experience & interest in secretary industry •Good command & written both English and Mandarin •Good in PC & Typing skills •Well-organized and attentive to details •Short Notice or Immediate is an advantage All information received will be kept in strict confidence and will be used for employment related purpose only.
