Job Duty

The job:  work in a telecom control centre,  tier 1 technical support, including  operations and maintenance support of telecom network,  monitor & maintain system performance in good condition,  assist in trouble shooting and handle service complaints, monitor security events, escalate security incidents as needed based on established escalation procedures,  answer emails and phone calls from customers, check and monitor status & performance of mobile services, devices and IoT,  collect feedbacks from end users for change requests,  provide technical support and guidance to end users  update documents/procedures,  perform data analysis, data presentation and data visualization,  basic programming may be required,  shift duty is required: three shifts per day (0800-1700, 1400-2300, 2300-0800), The requirements:  High diploma or above from IT related subjects and 3 years related experience,  candidate with higher education but less experience is welcomed,  knowledge of mobile communications, cybersecurity , networking technologies.
