RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and maintain the performance of computing systems, Provide technical support to end-users Provide daily technical support, troubleshooting and documenting problems, perform computer installation Configuration and maintenance, perform IT-related duties as required REQUIREMENT: High Diploma or above Min 1 year working experience in finance, banking, loan Good communication and problem-solving Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and supervision
