Job Duty
Responsible for daily supports to end users and management of the technical facilities; Provide first line IT support to end users through email, phone or in person and ensuring that all requirements are smooth. To install/support desktop, notebook, mobile devices, etc. Responsible for daily server operations, network maintenance and monitoring; Responsible for hardware and software asset management; Assist for server & network device configuration and documentation; Opportunities to cross over different IT projects to further develop the IT skills for future career development
