Job Duty

工作職責： - 接聽IT熱線，記錄票務系統的IT問題 - 記錄資訊和症狀以隔離問題 - 執行遠端故障排除並解決問題 - 將服務呼叫分派給現場​​工程師 - 處理使用者查詢並跟進狀態 地點 : 銅鑼灣 Job duties : - Answer IT hotline to record the IT problems at ticket systems - To record the information and symptoms to isolate the problems - To perform the remote troubleshooting and resolve the problems - To dispatch the service calls to deskside engineers - To handle user inquires and follow up the status Location : Causeway Bay
