Job Duty
Job Responsibilities: Conduct different kinds of HR analysis, such as but not limited to monthly business case analysis, cost modeling, etc. Support budgeting and forecasting for various businesses and variance analysis on the actual results to communicate with functional manager Work closely with team to review and consolidate data submitted by various business units and prepare monthly management reports Assist in development and maintenance of efficient work process and internal controls Manage periodic HR reports and organization charts; Prepare presentation and relevant materials for management meeting Perform ad-hoc projects and any other duties as assigned Prepare and present HR dashboard for management review Develop HR reports analytics tools to improve the reporting preparation efficiency Review, develop & implement HR transformation for HR efficiency (such as : HR workflow digitalization, HRIS & relevant systems, etc.) Job Requirements: Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline At least 5 years of relevant HR experience in sizable company or MNC with fast-paced work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (good practical experience in using formulas), Word and PowerPoint Experience in FP&A is a plus Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Ability to work independently, under pressure in a fast pace environment Immediate or short notice availability is preferred Benefits: Competitive salary package Various caring leave types Great learning and career development platform Excellent working environment
